Order Processing Time


Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Customers may cancel their order at any time before shipment, subject to the cancellation conditions outlined below.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Eligible for a full refund.
  • No cancellation fee will be charged.

More than 12 hours after placing the order, but before shipment

  • Cancellation is still possible.
  • A 10% transaction and processing fee will be deducted.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded.

After the order has been shipped

  • Orders can no longer be cancelled.
  • Please refer to the Return Conditions below after delivery.

Please do not return any item without contacting our customer service team first.


Return addresses may vary depending on the product type, warehouse location, and shipping destination.

Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions

  • Customers may contact us within 3 days of receiving the item if they are not satisfied.
  • Returned items must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Returns shipped without prior approval from customer service will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds will only be issued after inspection by our warehouse.

Return Process

Step 1


Contact customer service and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Step 2


Repackage the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided by customer service.

Step 3


Provide a valid tracking number or tracking link within 48 hours after shipping.

Step 4


Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3 business days.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Consumer-Caused Returns


If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee.
The specific fee depends on the courier service selected.

Company-Caused Returns


If the return is due to our reasons, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping fee.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and verified.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what iordered?

If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product, please do not remove any tag and keep the original packaging in the same condition. We would recommend you to contact customer service here

and let the representative know the details of your package. Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to confirm its condition and further assist you with the procedures.

How do I return my order?

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

You can return your order within 48 hours of receiving it In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions: The item(s) must be unworn, not-used, in the same condition that you received it and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@lustdick.com

Can I exchange my product(s)?

You can exchange for a different size, a different color or a different item. You can exchange an item if it complies with our Return/Exchange Policy.
